What is the Hack the Hood Bootcamp?

​Hack the Hood's 6-week bootcamp that trains you to build websites for small, local businesses. You'll graduate from our Bootcamp with your own portfolio of actual client work that you can use to show future employers what you can do, impress college admissions staff, or even start up your own business!

Learn 21st Century Skills

Through hands on experience, mentorship, culturally relevant training and 21st Century skills development, youth become creators of change in their own communities. During the course of the 6 week bootcamp you will meet with your small business client and work with them to build their website. Hack the Hood trainers can teach you the stuff that happens behind the scenes in creating beautiful websites, driving and measuring traffic to that site, and other aspects that businesses need to be successful in the 21st century.  We'll also teach you valuable technical, entrepreneurial, communication, and leadership skills to help you begin launching a career in the tech industry.
