Hack the Hood (HtH) launched in 2013 to empower Black, Latinx, and Indigenous communities to shift from technology consumers to technology producers, designers, and creators. At HtH, we believe that learning technical skills is not difficult, but learning how to thrive in a technology career pathway as a Black, Indigenous, Latinx leader is. This is the bridge we aim to build at HtH where we design and deliver rigorous, justice-centered tech and data literacy curriculum that supports economic mobility for the communities we serve. Are you ready to join us in preparing Black, Latinx, and Indigenous communities for the future of work?
