Sheena Reed-Hill is the Program Operations Lead for Hack the Hood. She is responsible for creating meaningful programming to support the needs of the HtH community. Sheena has dedicated her career to creating access and ensuring the persistence of people underrepresented in higher education. Sheena brings with her over a decade of experience as an educator with a proven record of building innovative, efficient and impactful programming. Prior to Hack the Hood, Sheena worked as a college admissions professional. She also created and facilitated city-wide programming to increase college knowledge literacy for educators and families in New Orleans, Louisiana. Sheena is a graduate of Bryn Mawr College and earned her M.S.Ed from the Graduate School of Education at the University of Pennsylvania. Outside of work, Sheena enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and traveling.
